  • Release date: November 14, 2025 in English, from The Pokémon Company's press schedule.
  • Card count: official checklist (PDF); pokemon.com. The card list is imported from the TCGdex API with our own script, matched to the official checklist's numbering, and each rarity's count is checked against a second source (the checklist or the pull-rate article).
  • Pull rates: TCGplayer Authentication Center opened 5,000+ packs and reports each rate with a 95% confidence interval. The ± is that interval: with a bigger sample it gets narrower. We copy the rates as published and do not adjust them.
  • Products: pack counts from pokemon.com product pages; MSRPs from the sources named in the table, each marked official, retail listing or secondary source.

Our take

Phantasmal Flames is a small set, 130 cards against 188 in Mega Evolution, and that shows in the specific-card odds.
